Moving & Literary Throwbacks: “A Prayer for St. Paddy’s Day”

Yes, the next book in line is a prayer book.

Personally, I love good prayer. When I was little, I memorized all of the Catholic prayers they recited at church. I still go through them when I am struggling.

But I have also moved on to other prayer creators. One of my favorites is Tosha Silver. Unfortunately, this is not her book, but I do recommend Outrageous Opening.

“Please show me your Divine Will in this matter and send a clear sign that gives the proper direction. And if for some reason I’m about to head the wrong way, please, please stop me.”

The book I am going to write about today is 365 Days of Angel Prayers by Elizabeth Harper & Cathleen O’Connor, PhD. Each day has its own unique prayer, and when I am searching for meaning and looking for answers, I often find them on the pages of this book.

Today’s prayer meets me like a good friend and I believe there may be someone else who needs to hear these words.
